My aunt always makes these delicious ricotta cookies at family parties and I subsequently get fat at said family parties. I thought I'd try making them--my mom said they were fairly easy to do. Well, now I know why I don't bake. My cookies tasted like pancakes! They are awful. The best part is the sugar on the top. But I guess they do look nice enough--I'll just have to give them to people without taste buds or honesty.
