I went home to Roslyn--nah, just kidding. I went to Roslin and the Rosslyn Chapel, made famous by Dan Brown's novel The DaVinci Code. The chapel was amazing. Supposedly it lay in ruin for many years, being weathered on the inside and out by nature. And then they rediscovered it and fixed it up. It was only in the last 15 years that people began flocking there (thanks to Dan Brown). The ceiling has rows of different stone flowers. There's stonework of aloe, the seven sins, and plenty of other things. It's hard to explain--you really need to see it (and unfortunately I can't show you because cameras weren't allowed inside).
