Arizona is amazing for hiking. In Tucson alone, you can be on a trail in 15 minutes with wonderful views of the desert. Harley drove me and Jimmy to Starpass for a two hour hike. We saw a stone house in desert. The view from the former living room was breathtaking. Can you imagine living in the desert? It would hard for logistics but so refreshing to be away from the hustle. For lunch, we headed to In-n-Out for Jimmy's first meal. Before he left, we watched the Eagles lose to the Seahawks at the bar.
I'm really happy he came to visit. It's hard being so far away from friends and family. I don't expect anyone to visit (besides my parents) because of the cost and distance but I always really hope someone will one day visit. I just want to show my home for the last year and a half to everyone. I love Tucson and the desert and it amazes me everyday. I can't imagine leaving.
